UPS Ground Shipping will be charged based on your total amount (including tax) as follows:

  1. Vitamine Colors Inc delivers in the US only.

  2. Orders to the East Coast of the US usually arrive within 5-10 business days. Orders to the West Coast, especially within CA generally get there much quicker.

  3. If you desire a rush order, please either choose the 2nd day air option at checkout or call our phone number: 310-795-3004(Mon-Fri 10:00 am-4:30pm PST) for express shipping rate and arrival dates.

  4. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, we ship your orders USPS priority and extra shipping costs are involved. The extra shipping fees will be added to your cart when you checkout.

  5. P.O Box can't be used to ship. In most case, we shipped via UPS which does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policies

Should you need to return a defective, damaged or miss-delivered item, we provide two convenient ways for you to make an exchange or return. You must notify us within 48 hours upon your receipt products in order to insure free return shipping.

  2. Please kindly contact our customer service department. In your email, request a Return Authorization Number.

    Please provide your order details as following in the email to better assist us in processing your return.
    This includes :

    • Purchaser’s Name
    • Shipping Address
    • Purchaser's phone number
    • Invoice number
    • Briefly describe the reason for the return

  4. If you do not have an email address, please call our Customer Service Department : 310-795-3004(Mon-Fri 10:00 am-4:30 pm PST).

    When you call to receive your Return Authorization Number, please have your shipping information. This include for the above information.

Terms of refunds and exchanges
( Read carefully: These terms are non-negotiable! )
  1. If you are returning unwanted merchandise for refund:

    • Return must be made within 7 days of receipt.
    • Please take your Returned Authorization Number within 48 hours after delivery and attach it to the products.
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Place item back in original parts, including manuals are included.
    • Make sure all original parts, caps including manuals are included.
    • Due to health codes and customer safety, all liquid products can only be returned in unopened, unshaken, unblended & unpacked.
    • We will refund your credit card in the amount of the product price, less shipping/handling costs add 15% restocking.

  2. If you are returning miss-delivered, defective or damaged merchandise for refund:

    • If it obviously damaged by UPS or USPS delivery service, please kindly contact with them.
    • Return must be made within 7 days of receipt.
    • Please take your Returned Authorization Number within 48 hours after delivery and attach it to the products.
    • Place item back into original packaging.
    • Include all original caps, parts, boxes, accessories, manuals etc.
    • Defective or damaged items after Returned Authorization Numbered will be replaced by our discretion.

  4. Due to health codes and customer safety, all liquid products can only be returned in unopened, unshaken, unblended, unused packaging.

Processing refunds

Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone regarding the refund. You will receive a refund within 14 business days in the same manner of payment originally used for the purchase.

Refusing or Returned shipment

If you refuse a shipment or UPS gave up 3 times delivery and returning the package back to us, you will be refunded the amount of the purchase less the shipping fee.
